Job summary

Indegene is seeking a Manager, Global Medical External Affairs Operations, to oversee day-to-day operations for external engagement activities. You will coordinate sponsorships, memberships, and society partnerships, while ensuring governance and compliance across Medical External Affairs.

You will manage budgets, contracts, dashboards, and action items, partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to drive efficiency and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project management, operations, or external affairs in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sponsorships, memberships, and society relationships.
• Plan and track budgets, contracts, and deliverables; support governance processes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support contracting activities and ensure timely approvals and actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on funding commitments and expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement.
