Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a business/organisational field required.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification is mandatory.
• Advanced certification in Change Management, Organisational Development, Transformation, Agile or Project Management desirable.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow change management engagements by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Lead change management workstreams in proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and strategic account planning.
• Partner with consulting, technology, data, and commercial leaders to ensure change is integrated into transformation solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor on change management to senior client stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Represent Indegene as a recognised change management expert within client organisations and industry forums.
• Contribute thought leadership and market-facing content to strengthen Indegene's positioning in change management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or related field

PROSCI Change Management Certification (mandatory)
