Job summary

Indegene is seeking an Associate Consultant to lead and deliver workstreams across client projects in a healthcare-technology context.

You will collect and analyse data from diverse sources, prepare compelling presentations, and facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive decision-making and project success. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic thinking within our integrated consulting practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, economics, or related analytical discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in consulting, project delivery, or the life sciences sector.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for project management and data analysis (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage discrete workstreams within client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collect, analyse, and synthesize information from diverse sources (desk research, interviews, data analysis) to inform recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, facilitating workshops and consensus-building sessions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively proposing solutions to drive project success.

The Role:

As an Associate Consultant, you will:

Your experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in consulting, project delivery, or the life sciences sector.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for project management and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated interest in life sciences, marketing, digital technologies, or strategic management.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

This role does not involve prolonged periods working at a single client site. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
