This hands‑on leadership role blends design, strategy, and engineering: lead multiple projects, push the boundaries of machine‑assisted creativity, and present technical options to executive clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in design, strategy, product management, or related tech-forward environment.
• Experience with Fortune 500 brands or large-scale platforms is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with production-ready tech stacks (Python, TypeScript, agent SDKs, MCP, GCP).
• Strong instincts for systematizing creativity and scalable frameworks.
• Ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Agency Creative Tech Leadership: balance storytelling with systems thinking to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences across multiple projects.
• AI Architecture: decide tool calls vs. skills and how to design an eval before building features.
• Rapid Prototyping + Experimentation: build prototypes to pressure test strategies and gain client buy-in.
• Client + Cross-Functional Partnership: present technical possibilities and working software to executive-level clients.
• Bias Towards Creative Excellence: ensure mechanisms align with design systems and retrieved facts.
• Performance‑Driven Optimization: review tool performance using AI-derived insights and qualitative feedback.
