Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an experienced Gas Turbine Programme Manager for a remote, 12-month contract. The role involves leading end-to-end programmes for gas turbine components across MRO, repair development, manufacturing and supply chain, with occasional Derby site presence and rare travel to Europe.

You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality and suppliers, ensuring technical, commercial and operational execution while managing multi-disciplinary teams in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Experience in Gas Turbines, Aerospace, Energy or Industrial Turbomachinery.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine engine architecture and component lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of aerofoil manufacturing and repair processes.
• Experience with FPQ, FAI, PPAP, PLQ, NPI, APQP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Strong PMO and governance experience.
• Ability to manage multi-million-pound technical programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme leadership for complex Gas Turbine components across MRO, repair development, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Drive technical, commercial and operational execution across multiple workstreams; interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers and executives.
• Build strong relations with customers, internal teams and other stakeholders.
