Job summary

Glasgow Care Foundation is seeking a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to work remotely with in-person activity around Glasgow. The role reports to the Marketing & Fundraising Committee Chair/Board and supports ambitious funds growth through trusts, foundations, and partnerships.

The fixed-term post is 20 hours per week, with a salary of £24,721 (FTE £43,263 pro rata). Closing date is 20 October 2026; travel in the Glasgow area is expected as part of stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing funding, income, contracts or sponsorships.
• Excellent written proposals, reports and presentations that achieve outcomes.
• Ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience identifying new funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience monitoring projects and producing impact reports.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Commitment to the organisation’s mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify grant opportunities from trusts and foundations.
• Develop and submit high-quality grant applications and funding proposals.
• Maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities and track progress.
• Manage grant reporting and ensure funder compliance.
• Develop corporate partnerships aligned with the charity’s mission.
• Represent the charity with external organisations and supporters.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital teams and trustees.
• Prepare progress and impact reports for the Board.
