Job summary

Parents for Future Scotland is seeking a self-employed fundraiser to lead our fundraising across Scotland. The role is part-time with four days per week over two years, based in Glasgow with hybrid working and occasional office time.

You will work with the CEO and Admin Manager to develop a portfolio of funders, write large bids, and manage multi-year funding relationships. The position emphasizes inclusivity and climate action.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a senior fundraising role.
• Experience writing funding bids and managing a funder portfolio ≥ £300,000.
• Experience securing multi-year funding bids.
• Ability to create and execute fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create a robust fundraising strategy with the CEO.
• Identify funders and write high-quality bids.
• Maintain relationships with funders and report on results.
• Support comms to aid fundraising tools.
