Glasgow Care Foundation is seeking a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to drive income growth and develop strategic partnerships. The role is home-based with regular travel in and around Glasgow for meetings and events, and requires strong fundraising experience, stakeholder skills and a proactive work ethic.

The post is fixed-term until 31 October 2028, 20 hours weekly, with a pro-rata salary of £43,263. Closing date 20 October 2026; interviews in Glasgow.

## Fundraising and Partnerships Manager* Glasgow Care Foundation* Part time* £43,263 pro-rata* Remote: Home-Based, with in-person activities in and around Glasgow when required* Closing 20th October 2026* Advertised from 30th September 2026* Fixed term until 31 October 2028 (with possible extension). 20 hours per week (pattern to be agreed with post holder).#### RoleWe are a small charity doing big things in Glasgow. The Glasgow Care Foundation has been providing a helping hand tofamilies and individuals in Glasgow for more than 150 years.Our aim is to alleviate poverty and improve quality of life people in Glasgow. We offer practical assistance topeople in need, fund local community projects and administer pensions and grants for a range of trusts withmutual aims. Our small staff team work remotely, and our Board of Trustees are actively involved in deliveringour mission.Due to upcoming staff retirement, and a desire to expand our impact, we are recruiting a dynamic Fundraising andPartnerships Manager. This post holder will play a key role in delivering our ambition to positively impact100,000 lives over the next 10 years.This role would suit a candidate who possesses strong business development and fundraising experience, excellentstakeholder management skills, a strong work ethic and a high level of self-accountability.Whilst most of this role will be based remotely, regular travel in and around the Glasgow area will be required tosupport stakeholder engagement and business development activities (such as meetings and events).**Why Join Us?**We make a real difference to people’s lives.
