Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Qualified clinicians for Functional Assessor roles with homeworking opportunities. Positions include RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist, based in Lewes with hybrid working arrangements.

Permanent contracts, full- or part-time, with salary £45,000–£49,000 and attractive bonuses. In addition to salary, there are probation and training bonuses, and up to 10% annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active UK registration: NMC or HCPC required.
• 12+ months post-registration experience preferred.
• Experience in adult clinical settings and assessment reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured functional assessments (various formats).
• Evaluate impact of chronic/complex conditions on daily living.
• Review medical evidence and clinical history for accuracy and risk.
• Produce clear, defensible clinical reports within governance standards.
• Work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment using digital systems.
