Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Functional Assessors to perform clinical assessments for nurses, therapists, and pharmacists. Hybrid roles across England offer a no-weekend, 9:00–17:00 schedule with remote and in-office work options.

Applicants should have at least 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting and hold NMC or HCPC registration. Salary ranges £48,000–£49,000 with generous bonuses and benefits including 25 days leave, a contributory pension, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting
• Must hold active registration with NMC or HCPC
• Excellent communication, assessment, typing/report-writing and IT skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities
• Compile detailed reports for DWP
