Job summary

Tether seeks a Product Manager for its AI-enabled QV.AC platform. You will work with the Product Lead to identify valuable AI use cases, define features, and guide concepts from discovery through delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering and design, translate ideas into clear requirements, and stay aligned with evolving AI technologies. This remote role offers collaboration with international teams in fintech AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts such as inference, context, and evaluation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear user problems and actionable requirements.
• Clear communication and collaboration with engineers and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
• Familiarity with open-source AI models and on-device AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate the QV.AC vision into concrete use cases, features, and product requirements.
• Gather user feedback and research to identify meaningful AI problems and simpler solutions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows for engineering and design.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test ideas with the team.
• Assess feasibility with engineers across devices and models.
• Maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
• Drive features from discovery to delivery and release readiness.
• Stay informed on AI developments and provide practical recommendations.
