Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their Digital team, focusing on enterprise-grade web and business applications that support core internal operations and customer-facing systems.

This role is remote with occasional onsite visits to the Birmingham office, offering a £50,000 base salary, 12% annual bonus and a £5,000 car allowance or company car, plus private healthcare and life assurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' commercial Java development experience in enterprise or business-critical apps.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building or supporting web applications backed by Java services.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript/Angular is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise web and business applications across the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Contribute to modernisation efforts as part of the digital transformation programme.
