Job summary

TXP is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join a Health Transformation Programme. Work remotely with occasional travel to client sites, delivering secure, scalable digital health services in an AWS cloud-native environment.

You will design, develop, and maintain Java backend services and modern frontend applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary agile teams to meet programme goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive Full Stack development experience in large programmes.
• Strong backend Java with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Frontend skills with React/Angular/TypeScript/JS/HTML5/CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable full stack applications.
• Develop Java-based backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build responsive, accessible frontend using modern web technologies.
• Develop and deploy in AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
• Produce clean, well-tested code and participate in reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
