Job summary

NOCN Group is seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join the Digital Services team. The role mixes remote work with occasional in-person collaboration in Sheffield, reporting to the Group Director - Digital.

You’ll ship production-grade software across the stack, using React/Next.js, Node, Azure, and API integrations, while employing AI tooling to streamline development and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 2 literacy and numeracy proven.

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes and proofs of concept at pace.
• Ship, run and iterate real software in production.
• Deliver across the full stack: React/Next.js, Node, Azure, integrations.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce routine work.
• Collaborate with UX, data and business teams from insight to delivery.
• Set engineering standards and mentor others.
• Contribute to a sustainable technical foundation.
• Work across a broad product landscape including AI, CMS, learner tools, and finance.
