Job summary

Specialist Computer Centres PLC is seeking an experienced AI Application Architect (French Speaking) to lead the design of enterprise AI-enabled applications on cloud platforms.

The role is remote in the UK under a 6-month contract paying £750 per day (umbrella). You will translate requirements into scalable AI architectures, govern AI delivery, and collaborate with cloud/data teams while ensuring security and Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in application or solution architecture within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI-enabled applications.
• Expertise with Azure AI Foundry and/or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, prompt engineering and AI governance.
• Experience with Terraform and Bicep.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Ability to attain UK Security Clearance where required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI-enabled application architectures aligned to business and customer objectives.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, secure and robust AI solution designs.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and other cloud AI technologies.
• Define AI reference architectures, reusable patterns and delivery accelerators.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to development teams.
• Support AI solutions throughout the life cycle from PoC through to production deployment.
• Embed security, governance, performance and Responsible AI principles into all solutions.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Data Architects to deliver integrated solutions.
