Job summary

SCC is seeking an Application Architect (AI) to own the end-to-end architecture of AI-enabled applications. You will translate business problems into scalable, secure AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI, and guide engineering teams through design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable and secure AI-enabled applications.
• Background delivering AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into architectural requirements.
• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep) for AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of AI-enabled software applications with business goals in mind.
• Define reference architectures and reusable accelerators for AI use cases.
• Guide engineering teams through design and delivery while upholding standards.
• Oversee AI solution development from PoC to production and operations.
• Maintain AI reference architectures for document intelligence, conversational AI, knowledge mining and automation.
• Ensure performance, reliability, governance and security requirements are met.
