Job summary

Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd on behalf of our client seeks a fluent French and English-speaking AI Product Manager based in the UK, with remote work covering CET hours. You will lead product discovery, design and delivery across systems with autonomy, focusing on adapting LLM-powered capabilities for French partners and expanding across Europe.

You will collaborate with engineering and design to prototype solutions, evaluate AI features, and implement guardrails.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading product discovery, design and delivery across systems.
• Hands-on experience with production AI/LLM applications and guardrails.
• Able to work autonomously within cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for adapting LLM-powered capabilities to workflows and partner systems.
• Own the delivery of cross-system solutions, coordinating rollouts with partner teams.
• Conduct user research with stakeholders and French operations to shape product and tech decisions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype ideas and evaluate outcomes with users and partners.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the French market, ensuring value delivery.
