Job summary

ADLIB is seeking a Data Analyst/Econometrician to strengthen its forecasting and insight capabilities. You’ll work across forecasting, benchmarking, market analysis and performance reporting, turning data into recommendations that guide decisions for the business and clients.

With remote-first flexibility, you’ll analyze diverse data, interpret results, and challenge assumptions to improve processes and analytical outputs. Collaboration and clear communication are key in this role.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in data analysis or econometrics focusing on forecasting and quantitative work.
• Strong background in forecasting models, statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience with SQL and Python or R/SPSS for data manipulation.
• Ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance forecasting and econometric models used for insights.
• Analyze large and varied datasets to identify trends and drivers.
• Contribute to forecasting capability, benchmarking, market analysis and reporting.
• Interpret findings and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
