Laka in London is hiring a Commercial Operations Analyst to own invoicing checks, partner commissions and reporting across the UK, NL, FR, BE and DE. You’ll build dashboards in Count, create checks and automation, and partner with Finance and Data to scale partner accounts.

Reporting to the VP Commercial, this role is remote-first with hybrid offices in London and Bristol, offering strong benefits and share options.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in commercial ops, revenue ops, FP&A or business analysis.
• Strong with numbers and data.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Count, Looker, Metabase, Tableau).
• Rigorous: reconcile before sending and build checks to avoid repeated errors.
• Experience reconciling invoices, commissions or billing data across entities/currencies.
• Curious about automation/AI and using them to remove manual work.
• Organised and autonomous with process-building skills.
• Clear communicator with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Invoice and commission checks across partner invoices and statements.
• Build and maintain dashboards on partner performance (Count, BI tools).
• Own the contract register: rates, fees, billing entities, renewals and dates.
• Prepare partner QBR packs and run the QBR calendar.
• Map and tighten handoffs from signed deal to go-live (contract, pricing, onboarding, first invoice).
• Identify manual work and automate (Sheets, Retool, Zapier, scripts).
• Keep templates and process docs up to date.
