Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations/Data Analytics professional to optimise back-office processes, automate systems, and drive data-driven improvements across client sites and national initiatives.

The role focuses on reducing administrative burden, improving data quality, and delivering roadmaps with the central operational systems team. Strong communication, independence, and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• High problem-solving ability.

• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Work across Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce administrative burden by automating back office systems
• Work with onsite management teams to improve data quality and usage for operational and client requirements
• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and activity
• Support national project rollouts
• Deliver product roadmaps with the central operational systems team
• Ensure data and reporting are effectively used to improve service efficiency and performance
• Optimise efficiency through smarter use of existing systems and innovative new technology
• Develop and implement technology to digitise services and automate processes
• Support implementation of the digital training strategy and operational end‑user training
• Support service changes and routing improvements using spatial (GIS) technology
• Manipulate large datasets for service analysis and operational systems work
