HSL Compliance Limited is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance Transformation) to work remotely with occasional site travel. This fixed-term 6-month contract offers a £65,000‑£75,000 salary and ASAP start.

You will support a finance transformation programme to standardise processes and systems across HSL entities, delivering independently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires ERP implementation experience (Dynamics 365 BC preferred), strong finance process knowledge, test management

Qualifikationen

• ERP implementations with strong finance process knowledge.
• Hands-on test management including SIT and UAT.
• Ability to own a workstream and deliver independently.
• Strong communication with Finance, IT and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the Programme Manager in planning and delivering change.
• Design standardised finance processes and embed across entities.
• Develop the test approach and plan with scripts and test cases.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT, manage defects and secure sign-off.
• Lead data cleansing and enhancement to prepare data for migration.
• Plan and support cutover to new processes and systems.
• Build relationships across Finance, IT and the wider business.
