Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with hands-on finance systems experience.
• Experience with ERP or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
• Ability to improve finance processes and implement system changes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and development of the organisation's finance systems.
• Work on finance systems projects, upgrades and implementations, helping to deliver improvements across the business.
• Maintaining system data, user access and financial structures, ensuring accuracy and appropriate controls.
• Developing and enhancing financial reports and management information to support business decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and make better use of existing systems.
• Investigating and resolving system issues, working closely with internal teams and external providers.
• Supporting system testing, reconciliations and data integrity checks.
• Providing guidance and training to finance colleagues and other system users.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
