Form3 is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, you’ll help drive financial excellence across the business and partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.

The role blends technical accounting, financial control, commercial analysis and business performance. You’ll lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month‑end activities, own the external audit, and push

Qualifications

• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
• Owning the external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls.
• Producing forecasting analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Driving improvements across finance systems, processes and reporting.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve commercial performance.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial systems improvements.
• Big 4 training or equivalent experience.
• Experience within FinTech/Payments/SaaS sectors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
• Own annual external audit process and maintain strong controls.
• Produce financial analysis and insights to support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements across finance systems and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve commercial performance.
• Monitor performance via budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support OKR reporting and track progress against objectives.
