Job summary

Core3 | B Corp™ is seeking a Remote Finance Manager to join a high-growth, investment-backed technology business. You will partner with the CFO to build the in-house finance function, leading month-end, reporting, forecasting and FP&A while implementing automation and AI to improve efficiency.

This role offers a genuine path toward Financial Controller, exposure to international expansion, and a modern finance stack in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified to ~2 years post-qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in management accounting and month-end close.
• Experience in SaaS/technology or subscription business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, reconciliations, journals and management accounts.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis with the CFO.
• Develop models, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
• Help build scalable processes, automate manual tasks with AI.
• Assist with international payroll and external audit prep.
