Qualifications

• Strong electrical/mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Experience in field service environments.
• Ability to work remotely and in the field.
• Effective communication with customers at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers during standby time.
• Collaborate with customers on-site to identify operational improvements.
• Perform field service tasks, diagnose issues, and perform analyses.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Assist in preparing work packs with risk assessments and method statements.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend corrective actions.
