Job summary

Co-op Digital is hiring a Sales Consultant – Legal Services. Working with our Estate Planning team, you’ll assist clients in planning for later life with full training provided. The role is home based across England and Wales, requires travel, and starts 9 November 2026.

You’ll build trusted relationships, explain options clearly, and help clients make informed decisions. You don’t need a law background; training and development are ongoing, and you’ll work to meet targets while delivering

Qualifications

• Previous experience of B2B or B2C consultative sales and supporting customers to make decisions.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Confident, empathetic and understanding when speaking with potential clients.
• Active listening with the ability to adapt communication style across channels.

Responsibilities

• Attend video or phone appointments to discuss benefits of later life legal services.
• Identify client needs and provide information and solutions.
• Explain legal issues clearly, without jargon.
• Guide clients through options for funeral plans in line with FCA regulations.
• Develop relationships with Co-op colleagues to ensure a great client journey.
• Meet targets to deliver strong client outcomes and commercial success.
• Travel for face-to-face meetings when required.
