Job summary

iO Associates is seeking an ERP Integration Architect (Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise Integrations) for a full-time, outside IR35 contract. The role is fully remote across Europe, focusing on designing and building integrations between ServiceNow, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role—designing, developing and maintaining integrations with APIs, data formats and middleware, across Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations.
• Strong API design skills with REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration or development.
• Proficiency across Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
• Develop custom integration components where off-the-shelf tooling isn't sufficient.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams and customers to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.
