Job summary

Unknown Company in the UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise-scale programmes.

You will work with architects and stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions, develop integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server, and mentor consultants while contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Expertise in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/HRSD/ITBM or SecOps.
• JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and REST/SOAP APIs knowledge.
• Experience in enterprise, managed service or consulting environments.
• Agile delivery experience and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, platform owners and stakeholders on best-practice solutions.
• Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments and platform optimisation.
• Mentor consultants and developers while contributing to practice growth.
