Job summary

Knight Temple Recruitment Ltd invites experienced Equity Release Advisers to join a fast-growing IFA practice in 2027. The role is self-employed and home-based, with pre-booked qualified appointments and commission-based earnings.

Candidates should hold Equity Release qualifications and have a recent 18–24 months advisory track record, with comfort in phone/virtual client interactions. Direct authorisation is acceptable, and candidates not CAS will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must hold Equity Release qualification with a demonstrable track record of advising on Equity Release for the last 18 months to 2 years.
• Comfortable working from home with experience of phone/virtual advising on a self-employed basis.
• Directly authorised candidates considered even if not CAS.

Responsibilities

• Provide equity release advice remotely to clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop trusted relationships and build genuine client trust in the later life lending market.
