Job summary

Bower Home Finance is recruiting experienced equity release advisers to join its growing private client team. This home-based role covers Essex and surrounding counties, offering access to the entire market, pre-qualified appointments, a dedicated PA, and strong compliance support to help you build a compliant advice practice.

You will provide mortgage or equity release guidance to clients, present tailored recommendations, and maintain records using the company CRM while meeting FCA standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months financial services experience within financial advice.
• Evidence of sustained sales success and compliant practice with CAS status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage or equity release advice tailored to clients’ objectives and circumstances.
• Present comprehensive recommendations with Key Facts Illustrations (KFI) and suitability reports.
• Promote the company as a leading national advisory firm in the equity release space.
• Communicate with Compliance and Training & Competency departments.
• Ensure records are maintained using the CRM system.
• Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly and Consumer Duty; participate in CPD training.
