Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced environmental consultants to help train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated environmental reports and data sheets, drawing on 4+ years in ecological research or consulting.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) with an hourly compensation of $90. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in consulting, government, or academic settings.
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated environmental documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Translate field and lab data into regulator- or client-ready technical reports.
