PlannerPal, a UK-based wealth tech company, seeks an engineering lead to own security across the platform, infrastructure and mobile app. You will manage three engineers, set security standards and drive product improvements with strong engineering judgement.

You will work with founders and cross-functional teams to balance risk, performance and user outcomes while maintaining rapid delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the security of the platform, infrastructure and mobile app.
• Manage a 3-engineer team, oversee performance and wellbeing.
• Make trade-offs on scope, security and product delivery.
• Review and test critical code and deployments before release.
• Drive security testing, incident response and remediation.
