Job summary

Allianz is seeking an Engineer Surveyor to inspect and evaluate plant and equipment across client sites, supporting the engineering team with reports and compliant practices.

You will travel to locations such as factories and warehouses, coordinating with senior leaders and leveraging flexible working patterns. A Level 3 engineering background and driving licence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with steam generation, compressed air and related plant.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent time management and planning.
• Comfort with tablets/smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on inspections of plant and equipment at client sites.
• Collaborate with Engineer Surveyor Team Leaders.
• Prepare examination reports using electronic reporting.
• Assess installations and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Examine equipment including pressure vessels and boilers.
