Job summary
Alignerr is seeking an EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and improve model quality. You will leverage hands-on experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to assess workflows and system behavior. This remote, hourly contract offers flexible, task-based work and potential ongoing engagements.
Ideal candidates have deep EMR/EHR know-how, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently on schedule from anywhere in the world.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently on task-based, remote assignments.
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
Responsibilities
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare IT.
- Review and assess AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability.
- Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI models handle EMR/EHR concepts.
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI teams improve model quality.
- Draw on your experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to inform nuanced evaluations.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
