Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist (AI Training) to shape how AI reasons about clinical evidence and regulatory submissions. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours for experienced scientists.

You will design trial protocols, audit results for regulatory standards (FDA/EMA), and provide expert feedback to improve AI models' handling of clinical data, with potential for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical scientist with experience designing trial protocols for regulatory submission.
• Experience interpreting clinical data for FDA/EMA or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines and GCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and review trial protocols for regulator-ready training datasets for AI systems.
• Interpret and audit trial results to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory relevance.
• Provide structured feedback shaping how AI models reason about trials, data and outcomes.
• Help establish the gold standard for AI understanding of clinical evidence.
