Qualifications

• Experienced clinical research professional with hands-on trial PM background.
• Strong budgeting and multi-vendor management experience.
• Ability to coordinate across CROs, sites, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across vendors.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep studies on track.
• Coordinate insights across CROs, sites, and teams to support execution.
• Contribute domain knowledge to improve AI model understanding of trial operations.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
