Alignerr is seeking an EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and improve model quality. You will leverage hands-on experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to assess workflows and system behavior. This remote, hourly contract offers flexible, task-based work and potential ongoing engagements.

Ideal candidates have deep EMR/EHR know-how, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently on schedule from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently on task-based, remote assignments.
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required.

We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare environments. Your hands-on knowledge of clinical systems like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and supports real-world healthcare workflows — making a meaningful impact on the future of digital health.

What You'll Do
