Clayton Legal is seeking an Employment Solicitor for a Leeds-based regional firm. The role is largely remote with 1-2 days a month in the Leeds office, handling a broad range of matters for SMEs, corporates and individuals.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience in both contentious and advisory work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a full range of employment law issues.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings.
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Supporting corporate colleagues with employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
• Delivering client training and contributing to business development.
