Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration.
• Confident telephone manner and professional client communication.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to pass a DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Screening clients using specialist software to support AML compliance.
• Recording screening outcomes accurately and maintaining documentation.
• Updating engagement letters to reflect relevant compliance requirements.
• Explaining changes to engagement letters and discussing them with clients.
• Supporting the firm's principal with other reasonable duties as required.
