Confidential is seeking an AML Administrator / Client Screening Analyst to join a professional services firm providing accounting and advisory services. The role covers client checks, record-keeping and updating engagement letters to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract with a pro-rata salary of £30,000, benefits and potential for remote work after training. Prior compliance experience is not essential; full training will be provided.

Formación

• Previous experience in office administration.
• Confident telephone manner and professional client communication.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Screen clients using specialist AML software to support AML compliance.
• Record screening outcomes accurately and maintain documentation.
• Update engagement letters to reflect compliance requirements.
• Explain changes to engagement letters and discuss them with clients.
• Support the firm's principal with other reasonable duties as required.
