Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd is seeking an AML Administrator / Client Screening Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. The role involves conducting client checks, maintaining records, and updating engagement letters to ensure regulatory compliance.

Salary is £30,000 pro-rata with benefits and the potential for remote working after training. Full training will be provided and DBS checks will be required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration.
• Confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to pass a DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Screening clients using specialist software to support AML compliance.
• Recording screening outcomes accurately and maintaining clear documentation.
• Updating engagement letters to reflect relevant compliance requirements.
• Explaining changes to engagement letters and discussing them with clients.
• Supporting the firm's principal with other reasonable duties as required.
