Job summary

Tribal Group is seeking a hands-on Professional Services & Customer Advisory Consultant for FE, focusing on Tribal EBS implementations for colleges and adult learning providers. You will lead workshops, advise customers, solve software problems and translate requirements into working EBS solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with Tribal EBS or hands-on experience implementing student-record software in FE or adult learning.
• Clear ownership of software delivery, configuration, consultancy or training, not only coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on EBS implementation, configuration and improvement work for customers.
• Lead discovery and process workshops, turning college requirements into workable EBS solutions.
• Support requirements, configuration, testing, training, go-live and adoption.
• Own customer relationships, answer software questions and resolve issues directly.
• Plan delivery, manage deliverables and keep customers informed throughout the project.
• Manage several customers and priorities independently within a remote team.
