Job summary

Tribal Group seeks a Professional Services Consultant to guide universities through the Admissions module of the SITS:Vision platform, from requirements gathering to configuration and training.

Remote with travel as required, you will partner with Higher Education clients to implement, optimise and support Tribal's SaaS solution, delivering high-quality consultancy and shaping positive outcomes for students and institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, requirements gathering, and business process review abilities.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultancy services across the full implementation lifecycle and post-implementation support.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Admissions functional area.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, design solutions, and configure Admissions functionality.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Produce high-quality project documentation and training materials.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted advisory support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
