Cognite, a global industrial SaaS leader, seeks a Business Development Director for the Supply Chain CoE to drive bookings growth in the UK and Europe. You will own strategy, build pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams through complex enterprise deals.

You will engage C-suite executives, quantify ROI, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate market needs into scalable supply chain solutions, while managing partner engagements and forecast accuracy.

• Develop and execute a targeted territory CoE strategy to accelerate bookings.
• Generate pipeline via proactive prospecting and leveraging networks.
• Lead extended territory teams through complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Quantify ROI and present business cases for software investments.
• Collaborate with partners to qualify opportunities and drive joint engagements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with senior executives, highlighting long-term value.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to feed real-market insights.
