Job summary

UK Staffing Group is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns across Google Ads, email, content, social and the website. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, with autonomy to execute campaigns and drive results.

You’ll manage ads, nurture journeys and content, while contributing to website development and wider marketing initiatives. A strong digital marketing skill set and proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
• Hands-on Google Ads experience, including remarketing.
• Strong email marketing experience.
• Experience creating automated email journeys or nurture campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects alongside ongoing BAU activity.
• Proactive, self-starting approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver digital marketing activity across multiple channels.
• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns including remarketing.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns and BAU communications.
• Develop automated email journeys and workflows (onboarding, nurture, win-back).
• Manage audience segmentation and personalised communications.
• Create engaging content for email, web and marketing
• Grow LinkedIn presence and social media activity.
• Improve landing pages and site content via WordPress/Elementor.
• Support SEO and wider website development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on marketing campaigns.
• Lead GTM and partner marketing initiatives.
• Support reseller marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and website analytics to identify opportunities.
