Job summary

EC Recruitment Group is seeking a Development Manager / Project Manager for a fully remote role covering the South West, Bristol and South Wales. The initial workload centres on Cardiff-area residential schemes, with an 18-month horizon and scope to grow the Development Management service.

You will manage development projects from client and consultant teams, with a view to taking greater responsibility and delivering across the development process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Development Manager or Project Manager in a property/construction consultancy.
• Strong client and professional team management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to own projects.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for Development Management of initial Cardiff projects.
• Work with client and professional teams to drive schemes forward.
• Potential to broaden remit across development process and take greater responsibility.
