EC Property Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Development Manager or Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting residential development projects near Cardiff. The role offers up to £85,000 basic salary depending on experience, with a performance bonus, private healthcare and company fees covered, and fully remote working.
Initial workload spans two developments in the Cardiff area with strong potential to expand as the consultancy grows its Development Management service.
Development Manager / Project Manager
South West / Bristol / South Wales – Fully Remote
A growing specialist property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager or Project Manager following the award of two new Development Management instructions.
The initial projects are residential schemes near Cardiff – one new-build apartment development and one conversion – providing a substantial and visible workload for approximately the next 18 months.
This represents a growing area of the consultancy rather than an isolated pair of instructions. The business is already delivering Development Management on significantly larger projects elsewhere in the UK, including schemes around £100m, and sees considerable scope to build this part of its service offering further.
You will take responsibility for the Development Management of the initial Cardiff projects, working closely with the client and wider professional teams to drive the schemes forward.
The role could suit an established Development Manager or an experienced consultancy Project Manager looking to broaden their remit and take greater responsibility across the development process.
The business is interested in good Project Managers / Development Managers with the judgement, commercial awareness and experience to operate effectively across Development Management.
This is a fully remote position with no requirement for routine office attendance. The role will naturally involve travel to the initial projects near Cardiff, so candidates should be based within a practical South West / Bristol / South Wales patch.
The wider working model is built around autonomy, trust and accountability, giving experienced people considerable control over how they manage their workload.
