EC Property Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Development Manager or Project Manager for a fully remote role supporting residential development projects near Cardiff. The role offers up to £85,000 basic salary depending on experience, with a performance bonus, private healthcare and company fees covered, and fully remote working.

Initial workload spans two developments in the Cardiff area with strong potential to expand as the consultancy grows its Development Management service.

Qualifications

• Experience in development management or project management within property/construction consultancy.
• Strong client and professional team management skills.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to take ownership of projects.
• Able to operate autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development Management for the Cardiff projects, driving schemes forward with the client and professional teams.
• Coordinate delivery across development processes and management of stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and broaden remit across development management services.
