Job summary

OXBO is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of renewables and BESS projects across the UK. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating EPCs and internal teams to meet contractual scopes.

You will engage landowners and communities, conduct site visits, and oversee commissioning processes, reporting to senior leadership. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in renewables, energy infrastructure, or BESS projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 desirable).
• Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of grid connections and UK energy infrastructure (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of renewables and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers etc.
• Oversee EPC contractors to ensure compliance with contractual scope.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants across multiple work streams.
• Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Conduct site visits and attend external meetings/events.
• Monitor and verify commissioning processes (FAT/SAT/SIT).
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and board-level review.
• General support of the delivery team and aiding in continuous improvement of delivery processes.
