Job summary

Intermedia is seeking a Data Scientist to join our AI Data Science team. You will develop and apply advanced machine learning, generative AI, and statistical techniques to improve Intermedia's digital agents and services.

You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, and other data scientists to move ideas from experimentation to production, owning data science solutions and contributing to best practices and scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data science, ML, or AI.
• Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised ML models.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI/LLMs, NLP, or related tech.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML and generative AI solutions powering Intermedia's Digital Agent Platform.
• Apply LLMs, NLP, retrieval, and advanced AI techniques to improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and production-ready pipelines.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered experiences.
